What we collect

When you sign up for Signal PR, we collect your email address and company name. When you use the platform to generate a PR strategy, we also process the pitch content you provide — company description, funding stage, milestones, and any other details you enter to help us generate journalist matches and pitch copy.

We do not collect payment card details directly. Payments are handled by Gumroad, which has its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance.

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide the Signal PR service: generating journalist matches, writing personalized pitches, and managing your PR campaigns. We use your email address to send you transactional messages (account setup, pitch results, billing receipts) and occasional product updates. You can opt out of product updates at any time.

We may use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve our AI models and product features. This data cannot be used to identify you individually.

We do not sell your data

Your personal information and pitch content are never sold to third parties, shared with advertisers, or used for any purpose other than delivering the Signal PR service to you. Full stop.

Infrastructure and subprocessors

Signal PR is built on infrastructure we trust and use ourselves:

• SupabaseStores your account data, company profiles, and generated pitch content in a secure PostgreSQL database.
• ResendHandles transactional email delivery (welcome emails, pitch results, billing receipts).
• VercelHosts the application. No persistent data is stored at the edge layer.
• GumroadProcesses payments. We never see or store your card details.

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel and request deletion, we will remove your personal data from our systems within 30 days. Generated pitch content associated with your account is deleted along with it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. To make a data request, email us at privacy@signal-pr.com. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
