The service

Signal PR is an AI-powered PR platform for tech startups. We provide journalist matching, personalized pitch generation, fundraising PR tools, and campaign tracking. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Beta terms

Signal PR is currently in early beta. This means the product is live and functional, but features may change, be added, or be removed as we improve the platform. We will not intentionally break things, but we also make no guarantees of uninterrupted service during this phase. If we make a change that materially affects your workflow, we will notify you by email with reasonable notice.

No guarantee of press coverage

Signal PR generates journalist matches and personalized pitch copy based on AI analysis. We do not guarantee that using our platform will result in press coverage, media placements, journalist responses, or any specific PR outcomes. Coverage decisions are made entirely by journalists and editors at their discretion. Our job is to give you the best possible shot — not to promise a result we cannot control.

Payment

Signal PR is billed monthly at the rate shown at signup. Payments are processed securely by Gumroad. Your subscription renews automatically each month on your billing date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Founding member pricing ($49/month) is locked for the duration of your subscription. If you cancel and re-subscribe after general availability pricing takes effect, you will be billed at the then-current rate.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial months, but we will not charge you for any period after you cancel.

To cancel, go to your account settings or email hello@signal-pr.com. We respond within one business day.

Your content

You own all content you input into Signal PR — company descriptions, pitch materials, and anything else you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that content for the purpose of delivering the service to you. We do not use your content to train shared AI models or share it with other users.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Signal PR to generate spam, harass journalists, or pitch content you know to be false or misleading. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

Limitation of liability

Signal PR is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
