The service

Signal PR is an AI drafting tool for startup PR. It generates draft narratives, journalist shortlists from a curated list, pitch email drafts, fundraising PR drafts and a manual campaign board. Signal PR does not send email on your behalf. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Beta terms

Signal PR is in early access. This means the product is live and functional, but features may change, be added, or be removed as we improve the platform. We will not intentionally break things, but we also make no guarantees of uninterrupted service during this phase. If we make a change that materially affects your workflow, we will notify you by email with reasonable notice.

No guarantee of press coverage

Signal PR generates AI drafts. AI output can contain errors, and journalist information may be out of date; you are responsible for verifying everything before you use or send it. We do not guarantee that using our platform will result in press coverage, media placements, journalist responses, or any specific PR outcomes. Coverage decisions are made entirely by journalists and editors at their discretion. Our job is to give you the best possible shot — not to promise a result we cannot control.

Payment

The Starter plan is $49/month and includes up to 150 AI generations per rolling 30 days (fair use). Free accounts include 3 AI generations per verified email address. Payments are processed securely by Gumroad. Your subscription renews automatically each month on your billing date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

If we change the price, we will email you at least 30 days before the change applies to your subscription.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Manage Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not charge you for any period after you cancel.

To cancel, go to your account settings or email hello@signal-pr.com. We respond within one business day.

Refund policy

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access through the end of that billing period and will not be charged again. In exceptional circumstances (e.g. duplicate charges, technical errors on our end), please email hello@signal-pr.com within 7 days and we will review your case. Refunds granted at our discretion. If your latest payment is refunded or charged back, paid access ends when the refund is processed.

Your content

You own all content you input into Signal PR — company descriptions, pitch materials, and anything else you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that content for the purpose of delivering the service to you. We do not use your content to train shared AI models or share it with other users.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Signal PR to generate spam, harass journalists, or pitch content you know to be false or misleading. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

Limitation of liability

Signal PR is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
